All our products are inspected and pre-shipment inspection is provided to our customers.

1. Communication consultation
Looking for yarn, inquiry, quotation is generally the beginning of our transaction, among which, the quotation of yarn products mainly includes: the required yarn specifications (material ratio, welcome to send samples or pictures to yarn01, we will help you find the same yarn products), yarn quantity, yarn quality, packaging requirements, delivery time, mode of transportation, etc.
Before placing a bulk order, we will send you a small sample for free to ensure that the yarn we provide is the product you really need.
After sufficient communication, the buyer and the seller reached a consensus on the quotation of yarn, and the Purchase Contract should be signed after negotiation and approval.
In the process of signing the "Purchase Contract", mainly the name of the yarn, specifications and models, quantity, price, packaging, preparation time, shipment time, payment terms, settlement methods, claims, after-sales and other contents are negotiated, and the agreement reached after the negotiation is written into the "Purchase Contract".
3. Payment method
Letter of credit: Letter of credit is a guarantee document to ensure that the exporter can recover the payment. The shipment period of the export goods shall be carried out within the validity period of the L/C and the presentation period of the L/C must be submitted not later than the validity date of the L/C.
Other payment method: other payment method agreed by both parties.
4. Stock
We prepare the goods in strict accordance with the specifications, quantity and packing method of yarn specified in the "Purchase Contract", and meet the transportation and export standards.
5. Customs Declaration
We submit the documents required for customs declaration of the goods to the Chinese Customs, or the customs agent.
6. Shipment
In the process of yarn product shipment, according to the number of yarn to determine the way of shipment, and according to the "purchase contract" of insurance to carry out. Full container can be classified according to the material and use of the box; Assembling containers, generally according to the volume of the export cargo weight calculation freight.
7. Bill of Lading
The buyer (you) must present a copy of the Bill of lading, packing list and invoice to collect the goods.
8. After sale
After the buyer (you) confirms the receipt of the goods, inspect the goods, if you find any problems, you can contact us, in accordance with the "Purchase Contract" agreed on the way to deal with.
